The Ideal Conditions ("Ideal Conditions" or the "App") app is made available to you by Water on the Seed Software Company, LLC ("Water on the Seed" or "We") subject to these Terms of Use and those set forth in the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). By accessing and using Ideal Conditions, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms, which may be modified from time to time without notice to you. The Terms were last updated on the date indicated below. Changes to the Terms become effective when We post revised terms in Ideal Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the App. By continuing to use the App, you are indicating your agreement to the most recent Terms.

Subscription Payments and Cancellation

If you buy an Ideal Conditions subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your account settings on the App Store after purchase. All purchases are final. Water on the Seed cannot refund purchases charged to your Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

Ideal Conditions is owned and operated by Water on the Seed. All elements of the App, from visuals to computed code, are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All elements of the App are the property of Water on the Seed or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use the App, provided that you do not copy, modify, create derivative work from, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover any source code. You agree to access the App only through the provided user interface.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Your use of Ideal Conditions is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Water on the Seed, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warranty that (a) the App will meet your requirements, (b) the App will function uninterrupted, (c) any errors or defects will be corrected, (d) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components, or (e) the results obtained by the App will be accurate or reliable.

Ideal Conditions is intended to be used for entertainment purposes only. You understand that Ideal Conditions may expose you to content that is inaccurate and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Water on the Seed. Water on the Seed expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with the App content and results.

Termination

You agree that Water on the Seed may terminate your access to the App, at our sole discretion, without cause or notice, and without penalty, at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to Ideal Conditions or any part thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Water on the Seed will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Water on the Seed's web site shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
