Ideal Conditions does not gather or transmit personally-identifying information outside your device. All data you enter and weather forecast data are stored within the app's local database. None of this data is shared. None of this data is available outside the app.

To request weather forecasts, a GPS coordinate (provided by your search or current location) and date are required. The GPS coordinate and date goes to Apple's WeatherKit service, governed by Apple's privacy policy.

If you subscribe to Ideal Conditions All Access, non-personally identifiable data will be retained. This anonymous data identifies the type of subscription and when it is due to expire. This service is provided by the purchase provider RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/dpa/).

Personally-Identifying Information

Ideal Conditions does not gather or transmit personally-identifying information outside of your local device. The app stores preferences about the user interface, data you enter into the app, and weather forecasts results within its own database.

Business Transfers

If Ideal Conditions, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Ideal Conditions goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended. However, since Ideal Conditions does not collect information about you, there should be no impact.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Ideal Conditions may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Ideal Conditions' sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
